Penny Wars

SI-ASB Penny Wars will take place on February 9-13, 2009.

SI specializations, faculty, and staff will be pitted against each other to donate the most amount of money. Pennies count as positive amounts; silver coins and dollar bills count against a group. Start saving your pennies!

SI Revue

2009

The School of Information annually hosts a talent show for the SI community. This year's SI Revue will take place at 5:00pm on Saturday, January 31, 2009 in the East Quad Auditorium on Central Campus.

Annual Book Drive & Sale

The SI-ASB Fundraising Committee hosted an outstanding book drive and sale. Thanks to all that donated books and that made purchases. Almost $2,000 was raised by the Book Sale, all of which is matched by a special SI fund. Proceeds will fund the future success of the ASB program in relation to transportation and lodging expenses.

Cans & Bottles Drive

2009

Cans and bottles with the ten cent Michigan deposit are being collected in yellow bins placed around the School of Information's West Hall and SIN locations. If you have cans and bottles that you would like to donate, contact SIASB-Fundraising@umich.edu for more information or to arrange a pick-up.

The SI Alternative Spring Break is open to graduate students of the University of Michigan's School of Information. Undergraduates looking for Alternative Spring Break opportunities should look into the University of Michigan Alternative Spring Break program administered by U-M's Ginsberg Center.
